Answer: A lot.
During a livestream event, Atlus came bearing glad tidings for 'Persona' fans. For starters, they confirmed a Japanese release date of September 15th, as well as an Anniversary Edition of the game which will include the soundtrack, a Greatest Hits compilation of music from the past games, DLC. and more goodies. All well and good.
They also dropped a new trailer. Now, while most Westerners are bound to be lost just by nature of the thing being entirely in Japanese, I'm not 100% on the idea that an English translation would help. Because, putting it mildly, this trailer is bananas covered in crazy-go-nuts. It's gorgeous, ambition, and it has the aesthetic density of a dying star, even by this series' standards.
Does that translate to good? Who knows. We'll find out eventually, when they announce a Western release. I don't even know if it even matters. Just LOOK AT IT.
