The 'Chase' won't begin until April 21st in North America.
'LEGO City Undercover' releases today for the Wii U, and the open-world LEGO title, which is free of the typical licensed-property tie-in such as the recent 'Lord of the Rings,' is expected to be one of the more popular Nintendo exclusives. 'LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins' is the accompanying 3DS title, and serves to tell the origin story for the series' hero, Chase Mc Cain.
Despite being a prequel, the 3DS title was set for release this week. Now though, the announced date had shifted a month back to April 21st in North America and April 26th in Europe.
The game has promised an augmented-reality type feature which will see the player move the 3DS around in order to scan game environments for clues.
'LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins' is available for pre-order from Amazon. 'LEGO City Undercover' is now shipping from Amazon.
