'Fame (1980)' Dances onto Blu-ray

Live forever and learn how to fly with the original 'Fame' in high-definition this coming January.
Warner Brothers has scheduled 'Fame (1980)' for a Blu-ray release on January 26.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Class reunion commentary with branching video highlights and featuring director Alan Parker and co-Stars Lee Curreri, Laura Dean, Gene Anthony Ray and Maureen Teefy; Vintage featurette: On Location with Fame; Featurette: Fame Field Trip - visits school that inspired the movie; Q&A interviews with director F. Gary Gray and producer Patricia Charbonnet; Theatrical trailer; and a CD Sampler with four songs from the movie soundtrack.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $20.99.
