Warner Home Entertainment is shuffling their May/June next-gen line-up, seeing minor bumps for upcoming titles 'Battle of the Bulge' and the John Wayne classics 'The Cowboys' and 'Rio Bravo.'
First on the switch list is 'Battle of the Bulge,' which Warner originally announced for a May 8 release on Blu-ray and HD DVD. The title will now street one week later, on May 15.
There it will join another original May 8 release, 'The Road Warrior,' which the studio had previously postponed by a week.
Further delays include two John Wayne classics, 'Rio Bravo' and 'The Cowboys.' The studio's initial announcement for the releases saw a May 22 arrival, timed to coincide with the double-header's re-issue on standard-def DVD. The Blu-ray and HD DVD versions will now street two weeks later, on June 5.
Specs, supplements and list prices for all of these rescheduled titles remains the same.
The new dates for 'Battle of the Bulge,' 'Rio Bravo' and 'The Cowboys' have now been updated in our Blu-ray Release Schedule and HD DVD Release Schedule, where you will also find links to full specs for each title, including box cover art.
