Warner has announced the latest addition to its line-up of Digi-Book-packaged Blu-ray classics with the July bow of 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.'
First tipped for Blu-ray by Warner early last year, the 1975 Best Picture Oscar winner has at last been scheduled for a next-gen debut on July 15, coming to the format in a deluxe package with multiple extras.
Confirmed supplements thus far include those found on the previous special edition DVD release, with audio commentary by director Milos Forman and producer Saul Zaentz, a making-of documentary, and deleted scenes.
'Cuckoo's Nest' will also come packaged in Warner's Digi-Book casing, which features a 36-page collectible booklet with rare photos, script excerpts, and other archival materials.
Warner has yet to issue tech specs, but 1080 video and hi-res audio are likely in the offing. Watch this space for the latest.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $34.98.
