The new 4K display series features full-array local dimming.
VIZIO has officially announced the release of its latest Ultra HD TV collection. The 2015 M-Series offers 4K picture at affordable prices.

"Last fall we disrupted the market with the VIZIO 50" P-Series Ultra HD Smart TV, now the #1 Selling UHD TV, and this year, we're poised to do it again with M-Series. Ultra HD is here to stay and consumers are continuing to seek out technologies that deliver a more immersive entertainment experience. With Ultra HD content options on the rise, VIZIO is committed to ensuring consumers have the ability to enjoy the enhancements in picture quality in their homes at the best possible value."
The M-Series displays range in size from 43-inches to 80-inches. Each set incorporates full-array local dimming with up to 32 zones for superior black levels and uniformity. In addition, the panels include VIZIO's Active Pixel Tuning tech for increased accuracy and contrast, Spatial Scaling Engine for upscaling lower res content, and up to Clear Action 720 for fast moving content. VIZIO's Internet Apps Plus smart TV platform is integrated as well, offering Ultra HD titles from Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, UltraFlix and Toon Goggles. HDMI 2.0 connections with HDCP 2.2 support are also included.
