The next chapter in the action-packed 'The Mummy' franchise will journey to Blu-ray in January. Pre-orders are now available at Amazon.
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal is preparing 'The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power' for Blu-ray on January 20.
Victor Webster (The Scorpion King: The Battle for Redemption) stars as the heroic warrior Mathayus and is joined by Lou Ferrigno (“The Incredible Hulk”), Ellen Holman (“Spartacus”), Barry Bostwick (“Cougar Town”), Michael Biehn (The Terminator) and Rutger Hauer (“True Blood,” Blade Runner). Also featured are “The Ultimate Fighter” Winner Roy “Big Country” Nelson, Cage Rage World Champion Antonio “Big Foot” Silva, 11-time World Kickboxing Champion Don “The Dragon” Wilson, three-time WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres and UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie.
In The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power, Mathayus embarks on his most dangerous assignment yet. When he is betrayed by a trusted friend, Mathayus must marshal all his strength and cunning to outwit a formidable opponent who will stop at nothing to unlock a supreme ancient power.
The Blu-ray/DVD/ultraviolet combo will feature 1080p video, lossless 5.1 audio, and supplements include: Gag Reel; A Brand New World – Director Mike Elliott brings a new approach to the production; Great Chemistry – An onset visit with the cast and crew; and Blu-ray exclusive deleted scenes and Real Fighters, Fake Punches – The cast share stories about the physically daunting scenes that pack an enormous punch, literally.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.98.
