The company has released a new video showing off its latest 4K and OLED TVs from the IFA trade show.
Last week Samsung unveiled a new lineup of Ultra HD and OLED televisions at the IFA trade show, and while most of us weren't in Berlin to see the displays in person, we can now get a small taste of what all that buzz has been about. Samsung Tomorrow, the electronic company's official blog, has released a video tour of their booth, spotlighting all of their new innovations.
Highlights include a good look at Samsung's new 110-inch and 98-inch UHD gigantic displays, giving viewers a great sense for their immense space. Also demoed, is the company's 55-inch curved screen OLED TV, showcasing the display's subtle curved design which is said to enhance immersion. Lastly, we also get a look at an actual 4K OLED set, which combines the benefits of both technologies, offering a glimpse at the future of the television market.
There's still no word on official release dates or pricing for the 98-inch or 110-inch Ultra HD TVs, but the company's smaller UN55F9000, UN65F9000, and UN85S9 are all on sale now. Likewise, the 4K OLED is assumed to be a prototype for the time being, but Samsung's HDTV KN55S9C OLED is currently available for $9,000.
