The full launch less than a week away, but fans who preordered are able to get on now.

If you preordered 'The Old Republic' then it's a very good time to be you. The game is being made playable for wave after wave of those that preordered. You'll need to swing over to the game website to register your preorder code if you haven't yet. Game access will be given out in the order that codes are entered.

After entering your code, you'll be put into a queue of people waiting for their access. When it's your turn, you'll get an email that lets you know that you're finally able to log into the game. Emails seem to be going out fairly regularly - once an hour or so.
