The company's latest Atmos products have been revealed.
Onkyo has announced the release of several new affordable Dolby Atmos enabled audio components and speaker systems, including its cheapest Atmos receiver so far. The lineup includes two receivers, one home-theater-in-a-box, and one speaker package.
The TX-SR444 ($499) is a 7.1 channel Dolby Atmos receiver with 115 W per channel. Meanwhile, the step-up TX-NR545 ($599) is a 7.2 channel network Dobly Atmos receiver with 115 W per channel. Both models include HDMI 2.0 connections and HDCP 2.2 support for 4K Ultra HD playback. In addition, Onkyo is also releasing the HT-S5800 ($799) Dolby Atmos home-theater-in-a-box system that features a 115W/Ch A/V receiver and a 5.1.2 setup with up-firing front speakers. Finally, the SKS-HT594 ($599) speaker package will offer the same 5.1.2 speaker system without the A/V receiver.
Onkyo's TX-SR444 and TX-NR545 are now available. The HT-S5800 and SKS-HT594 are expected to start shipping at the end of the month.
