Twitch, MLG, 'Ender's Game,' and 'StarCraft II' come together.
Esports are on the rise, and 'StarCraft' has been an integral part of the growing entertainment medium. Even 'StarCraft II' tournaments here in North America are drawing a serious crowd. With Major League Gaming and Twitch continuing to grow a massive streaming audience, Lionsgate And OddLot Entertainment have decided to get in on the action by sponsoring the 'MLG GameOn Ender's Game on Blu-ray Tournament.'
Anne Parducci, Executive Vice President of Marketing for Lionsgate, "The skills used to develop battle leaders in Ender’s Game are drawn from real world gaming, especially the types of skills used by premier tournament level players. The 'MLG Game On Ender's Game on Blu-ray Tournament' will feature 32 top 'StarCraft II' players and will take place February 11-16. The tournament can be watched here.
