The post-apocalyptic thriller will start streaming in November.
Netflix has revealed a launch date for its latest original series, '3%.' All eight episodes of the first season are set to debut exclusively through Netflix on November 25. The show was filmed in Brazil and comes from writer Pedro Aguilera and Oscar nominated director Cesar Charlone.
"We support Brazilian talent, and we continue to recognize their appeal around the world. Our members globally will get to enjoy this incredible story with complex and rarely portrayed characters who have found a home at Netflix," said Erik Barmack, Vice President of International Originals.
'3%' is a post-apocalyptic thriller set in near-future Brazil, where a select few are allowed to join a privileged society after undergoing an intense and competitive process. The cast includes Bianca Comparato (Avenida Brasil, Sete Vidas, Irmã Dulce), João Miguel (Estômago, Xingu, Felizes Para Sempre?), Zezé Motta (Chica da Silva, Chiquinha Gonzaga), alongside Mel Fronckowiak (Rebelde, O Hipnotizador, Viver a Vida), Rodolfo Valente (Chapô, Sítio do Picapau Amarelo, Malhação), Vaneza Oliveira, Michel Gomes (Cidade de Deus, Última Parada 174, Salve Geral), Rafael Lozano ( Sessão de Terapia) and Viviane Porto (Babilônia, Garotas do ABC).

Other upcoming Netflix premieres include 'Justin Timberlake + The Tennessee Kids' on October 12, 'Black Mirror' on October 21, 'The Crown' on November 4, 'Lovesick' on November 17, 'Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life' on November 25, and 'Iron Fist' on March 17.
A current Netflix subscription starts at $10 for HD streaming and $12 for Ultra HD streaming.
