The drama from director Sian Heder will arrive on Netflix in July.
Netflix has released a trailer for its latest original film, 'Tallulah,' The movie stars Ellen Page and Allison Janney and is set to start streaming exclusively through Netflix on July 29.
'Tallulah,' the Netflix original film, was written and directed by Sian Heder ('Orange is the New Black'), and tells the story of young vagabond, Lu (Ellen Page - 'Whip It,' 'Inception'), who lives in a van and is fiercely independent in her hand-to-mouth existence. When a chance encounter incites her to impulsively "rescue" a baby from a negligent mother, Lu, at a loss for what to do, turns to the only responsible adult she knows: Margo (Allison Janney - 'Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children,' 'The Way, Way Back'), who mistakenly believes she's the child's grandmother. Tammy Blanchard ('Into the Woods,' 'Moneyball'), Zachary Quinto ('Star Trek,' 'Girls'), John Benjamin Hickey ('The Good Wife,' 'Manhattan') and Uzo Aduba ('Orange is the New Black,' 'The Wiz Live!'), also round out the cast.

The movie previously had its world premiere at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on January 23, 2016. Producers include Heather Rae, Russell Levine, Chris Columbus, Eleanor Columbus and Todd Traina.
Other upcoming Netflix premieres include 'Stranger Things' on July 15, the documentary 'Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru' on July 15, season three of 'BoJack Horseman' on July 22, 'The Little Prince' on August 5, 'The Get Down' on August 12, 'Project Mc2' season two on August 12, 'XOXO' on August 12, and 'The Crown' on November 4. Likewise, the streaming platform is also prepping a new sci-fi series called 'Travelers' from writer Brad Wright.
A current Netflix subscription starts at $10 for HD streaming and $12 for Ultra HD streaming.
