The elite theater experience and fine selection of older movies will be hitting Manhattan in 2013.
New Yorkers get ready, the Alamo Drafthouse is heading your way. A five-screen theater is going to be set up in Manhattan in 2013. It's going to take place of the Metro Theater on 2626 Broadway.
It's not often that we write about movie theaters and even rarer that we talk about a single theater, but the Alamo Drafthouse is different. Famed for its classic film screenings and accompanying Olly Moss artwork, the Alamo Drafthouse is one of the most well known theaters around.
Of course, the theater does more than just show classics like 'The Godfather,' 'Robocop' and the Indiana Jones trilogy – they have new movies too. And when you're watching those new movies you'll enjoy the strict no-cellphone policy as well as food and drink service to your seat.
