Full details are in for the Mel Gibson classic hitting Blu-ray this October!
As previously reported, MGM/UA has announced 'Mad Max' is coming to Blu-ray on October 5.
George Miller's dystopian future thriller is the film that put Mel Gibson on the map.
The release will be a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack and will feature 1080p video, DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements on the Blu-ray will include: Filmmaker Commentary by Jon Dowding, David Eggby, Chris Murray & Tim Ridge; Documentary: “Mad Max: The Film Phenomenon”; New-To-The-U.S. Original Australian Language Track; Two theatrical trailers; and TV Spots.
The DVD will include the following supplements as well: "Mel Gibson: The Birth Of A Star" Documentary;"Mad Max: The Film Phenomenon" Documentary; New-To-The-U.S. Original Australian Language Track; Theatrical Trailers"Road Rants" Trivia & Fun Fact Track; Photo Gallery; and TV Spots.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.99.
