Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced they will bring the second season of the Emmy-winning cable series 'Weeds' to Blu-ray this July.
Though it is still a few weeks before 'Weeds: Season One' hits Blu-ray on May 29 (as first announced last month), Lionsgate has already set a July 24 arrival for 'Weeds: Season Two,' which is timed to coincide with the debut of the show's third season on Showtime.
In addition to 1080p transfers of each episode, the extras on the set are quite extensive. Among the bonus features are subtitle trivia tracks on every episode, additional cast & crew commentaries on seven episodes, four featurettes, a gag reel, extended sequences, and even two fake "Huskaroo Commercials."
The Blu-ray will also include an exclusive interactive game, dubbed "Test Your Short-Term Memory."
Lionsgate has set a suggested list price of $39.99 for the set.
We've added full specs for 'Weeds: Season Two' to our Blu-ray Release Schedule, under July 24.
