Bringing the latest "movie" spoof to high-def, Lionsgate has announced an early-January Blu-ray release for 'Disaster Movie.'
The brainchild of Aaron Seltzer (the team behind 'Date Movie,' Epic Movie' and 'Meet the Spartans'), 'Disaster Movie' skewered big-budget Hollywood hits, though it failed to achieve the same blockbuster box office heights as its predecessors.
The $20 million-grossing spoof will hit Blu-ray on January 6, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
Final extras have yet to be revealed, though confirmed so far are an audio commentary with the filmmakers, making-of featurettes, and a Sing-Along feature.
There are no tech specs as of yet, but we'll keep you posted.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.95
You'll find the latest specs for 'Disaster Movie' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under November 18.
