LG Gets the Voice Control Google TV Update Ahead of Competition

You’ll find the update on the G2 series before you see it anywhere else.
The upcoming Google TV update brings a few new bits of functionality but prime among them is the addition of voice control. Simply say the name of the show you want to find and Google TV will bring up the listings. You can do the same with actors and even genres.
In addition to control by voice, you get a bit of smartphone control as well. You can pair your phone to the TV via Wi-Fi and stream YouTube directly to your set. You’ll also find enhanced speed in the LG G2 thanks to a new L9 chipset.
