The company's latest soundbar has been revealed.
Klipsch has announced the release of the newest addition to its Reference line of audio products. The new R-4B is an entry level soundbar with a wallet-friendly price.
"The R-4B soundbar delivers Klipsch's legendary power and performance at a lower price point, which appeals to a wide audience. It offers users the conveniences of plug n' play audio and instant streaming using Bluetooth(R) wireless technology and new listening modes significantly enhance the listening experience that is lacking in flat panel TV's today," said Steve Jain, VP and GM of Digital, Streaming and Portable Audio Solutions at Klipsch.
The soundbar features premium drivers with two lightweight 0.75-inch horn-loaded textile dome tweeters and two 2.5-inch midrange fiber composite woofers. Likewise the tweeters are paired with the company's exclusive Tractrix(R) Horns for reduced distortion and increased dispersion. In addition, the soundbar includes a wireless 6.5-inch down-firing subwoofer with a slot-port design. Bluetooth connectivity is supported as well and the device uses a Dolby Digital Decoder.
Klipsch's R-4B Soundbar is now available for a suggested retail price of $400. The soundbar now joins the previously released R-20B ($649) and R-10B ($450).
