You'll get an AVR-1312 receiver and the SYS-1312 surround speaker package.
If you've ever tried to upgrade a home theater in a box then you may have run into the problem of proprietary cables which completely shut down the option. It'd be nice to be able to run new speakers or pick up a new receiver, but it's just not a thing you can do.
That's one of the very nice things about picking up one of Denon's home theater systems. The new DHT-1312XP 5.1 system comes with a proper receiver. The AVR-1312 isn't exactly a high-end receiver, but it's a proper receiver that you can end up replacing or hooking up new speakers to when it's time.
The system comes with five satellite speakers and a matching subwoofer. It's 3D ready, boasts four HDMI inputs, the Compressed Audio Restorer to fix up your MP3s and 110 watts of power to every channel.
The system is available now at a price of $599.
