There’s not too much yet in the way of details, but it does have a price limit.
Google TV may not have made the initial splash it was expected to, but things are picking up for the platform, especially in the set-top department. Hisense is the latest to join in on the fun by announcing an upcoming set-top that they plan to sell for under $100.
Unfortunately, that’s about all that’s known about the upcoming set-top. We’ll find out more when IFA rolls around and hopefully we’ll get a little insight on what the low-cost Hisense device offers over the similarly priced Vizio CO-Star.
