The story of Big Boss continues even as 'Moby Dick Games' stunt still baffles some press.
Yesterday, Hideo Kojima unveiled a game that has previously twice been teased. Powered by the new FOX Engine, what has been revealed of 'Metal Gear Solid V' contains both the earlier teased 'Ground Zeroes' and 'The Phantom Pain' of hilarious, supposed Moby Dick Games. The game has thus far been announced for two platforms, the Xbox 360 and PS3.
As the game's story continues to be eked out in snippets of footage, what seems clear is that 'Metal Gear Solid V' follows the events of 'Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker,' and brings the story ever closer to the to the events of the twenty-five year old 'Metal Gear.'
In 'MGSV,' the player character awakes after nine years of coma and must struggle to regain mobility while making a daring escape. Post escape, the game promises to open up and offers a level of open world freedom hitherto unseen in 'Metal Gear' games, but promised since the debut of the Fox Engine.
