In an early alert to retailers, Fox Home Entertainment has set an August arrival for the first season of TV road show 'Sons of Anarchy.'
Sprung from the minds behind 'The Sopranos' and 'The Shield,' the cult cable show, starring Katey Sagal, Kim Coates, and Charlie Hunnam, will arrive on Blu-ray August 18 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).
Tech specs will see all 13 episodes spread across a four-disc set, presented in 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (1.78:1) and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround.
The considerable amount of bonus features includes audio commentaries on select episodes, five featurettes ("Head out on the Highway," "Counter Culture Icons," "Tats Incredible," "Easy Riders," "Makin' the Grade"), 40 minutes of deleted scenes and a gag reel.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $59.99.
