FUNimation has set an early-September Blu-ray debut for the latest chapter in the wildly-popular animated series 'Robotech.'
A feature-length film originally produced in high-definition, 'Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles' will arrive on Blu-ray on September 2.
Supplements ported over from the title's previous DVD release include a 20-minute making-of featurette. Brand-new to the Blu-ray will be deleted scenes (with optional director commentary), outtakes, and animatics.
No tech specs are available as of yet, but stay tuned for final details to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Retail for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.98.
