The game gives you control of The Doctor and River and features classic baddies from the show.
'Doctor Who' has definitely increased its stock in the US over the last few years. The show has gone from the kind of thing only known by the largest of nerds to being a regular reference on shows like 'Community.' It's only natural that the latest 'Doctor Who' game would get a US release as well.
'Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock' is a 2D game that looks to have some stealth and platforming elements to it. It was made by the fairly untested Supermassive Games, who have done some 'LittleBigPlanet 2' level packs and a few augmented reality games for PSN.
Both Matt Smith and Alex Kingston (River Song) will be lending their voices to the game, though the audio in the trailer sounds like it was taken directly from episodes of the past season.
The Doctor and River aren't the only ones in the game - there are bad guys too. You'll find Cybermen, Silurians, The Silence and, of course, Daleks.
