'Armageddon' Blu-ray Detailed, Will Strike Earth SOONER!
Tue Feb 02, 2010 at 02:05 PM ETTags: Disc Announcements, Disney/Buena Vista (all tags)
The giant meteor is making a beeline to high-definition in April, instead of May.
As previously reported, Disney/Buena Vista is preparing Michael Bay's guilty pleasure disaster flick 'Armageddon' starring an all-star cast including Bruce Willis, Ben Affleck, Liv Tyler, and Billy Bob Thornton for Blu-ray release in May, but that date is now actually April 27.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and the only supplements revealed so far are Aerosmith's " I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" Music Video & Theatrical and Teaser Trailers.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.99.
You can find the latest specs for 'Armageddon' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under April 27.
