Ron Howard's 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' Announced and Detailed for Blu-ray

The 2000 version of the Dr. Seuss classic is coming to Blu-ray this fall.
Universal is preparing 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' starring Jim Carrey for a Blu-ray/DVD combo release on October 13.
The product will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and loads of supplements including: Whobilation 1000 Games; Enhanced commentary with director Ron Howard; Special Announcement: Wendy's PSA; Wholiday Recipes; Feature commentary with director Ron Howard; Spotlight on Location; Deleted scenes; Outtakes; Who School; Make-up application and design; Seussian Set Decoration; Visual effects; Music video: Faith Hill's "Where Are You Christmas?"; Theatrical trailer; D-Box functionality; and BD Live - Basic Download Center.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.98.
