Steven Spielberg's retelling of H.G. Wells' sci-fi classic will finally invade high-definition in June!
DreamWorks has announced 'War of the Worlds' starring Tom Cruise, Dakota Fanning, and Tim Robbins is coming to high-definition on June 1.
Specs haven't been announced yet, but supplements will include the same content from the DVD, including: Revisiting the Invasion; The H.G. Wells Legacy; Steven Spielberg and the Original War of the Worlds; Characters: The Family Unit; Previsualization; Production Diaries; Designing the Enemy: Tripods and Aliens; Scoring War of the Worlds; We Are Not Alone; Galleries; and a theatrical teaser trailer (in HD).
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is still undetermined at this time.
