The fifth season of the hit sitcom featuring America’s favorite physicists will debut on Blu-ray in September.
In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers will be bringing 'The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Fifth Season' to Blu-ray on September 11.
In its fifth season, airing Thursdays at 8/7c on CBS, 'The Big Bang Theory' was the #1 comedy on network television among Total Viewers, and in its first year in off-network syndication, the series ranked as the #1 show in all of syndication among Adults 18-49 and 25-54.
The Blu-ray/DVD/UV Digital Copy combo pack will have 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include The Big Bang Theory @100 (featurette): The cast and producers celebrate the 100th episode, The Big Bang Theory’s Laws of Reflection (featurette): The cast reflects on their favorite memories from Season 5, Professors of Production (featurette): A behind-the-scenes look at the various departments that bring the show together each week and a gag reel.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray set is $54.97.
