'NFL Super Bowl XLVII Champions' Blu-ray Announced

Are you ready for some more football on Blu-ray this March?

In an early announcement to retailers, Vivendi has announced 'NFL Super Bowl XLVII Champions' for Blu-ray on March 5.

With its award-winning video and cinematography, NFL Films captures the non-stop action-packed season, playoff and Super Bowl XLVII highlights and behind-the-scenes footage every die-hard fan loves to see. The Super Bowl XLVII Champions film allows fans to relive the incredible journey of their favorite team from opening kickoff, through the regular season and playoffs and finally culminating with the glorious Super Bowl victory in New Orleans. For the first time ever on an NFL release, the Super Bowl XLVII Champions Blu-ray contains BD-Live, an internet-connected feature offering fans access to exclusive bonus content, sneak-peeks and more features from NFL Films.

Specs have yet to be revealed, but supplements include: 2012 NFL Shots of the Year; 2012 NFL Players Wired for Sound; 2012 NFL Coaches Wired for Sound; Super Bowl Media Day; Super Bowl Post-Game Ceremonies; Coaches and Player Interviews; and BD-Live Exclusive Content.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.98.
