Walt Disney Studios is bringing the original smash 'High School Musical' to Blu-ray this February.
Dubbed 'High School Musical: Remix,' the Disney Channel phenomenon will come to Blu-ray on February 17 with a host of bonus features.
Extras will include new interviews with the cast, Hollywood premiere footage, a "Dance Along" step-by-step instructional to two songs in the film, remixed versions of two additional songs, and three music videos.
Tech specs will see a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround audio.
Though Disney has yet to officially announce it, expectations are that 'High School Musical: Remix' is being released to coincide with the home video premiere of the recent box office hit 'High School Musical 3.' (Disney previously released 'High School Musical 2' to Blu-ray late last year.) We'll keep you posted.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $34.95.
