The original 1969 John Wayne classic will mosey on down to high-definition this December.
In an early announcement to retailers, Paramount is readying 'True Grit' for Blu-ray on December 14.
The film won John Wayne an Academy Award for his performance and has just been remade by the Coen brothers.
Specs have yet to be revealed, but supplements will include: Commentary by Jeb Rosebrook, Bob Boze Bell and J. Stuart Rosebrook; True Writing; Working with the Duke; Aspen Gold: Locations of True Grit; The Law and The Lawless; and Theatrical Trailer.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is still undetermined at this time.
