Peter Jackson's trilogy is finally headed for high-definition in April!
Originally slated for a November 2009 release, New Line/Warner has rescheduled 'The Lord of the Rings Trilogy' for Blu-ray on April 6, 2010.
Specs have yet to be released, but the 9-disc set will contain the theatrical versions of the film on Blu-ray, an assortment of special features on DVDs, as well as a digital copies.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray set is $99.98.
