Season one of 'Highlander: The Series' Back on Track for Blu-ray

The on again/off again 'Highlander: The Series - Season One' on Blu-ray is finally slated for release this fall.
Exclusively from Legendary Heroes, the box set is scheduled to be released on September 15.
All 22 episodes will feature 1080p video, a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, and over 220 minutes of supplements including: MacLeod Memories: Christopher Lambert and Adrian Paul reminisce; Video interviews for each episode; Bloopers; Swordmaster: Bob Anderson perspective; Original series promo/behind-the-scenes; 400 Years: Journey of Duncan MacLeod; Immortal Memories (Favorite Beheadings); Marto; and Highlander in Paris.
In addition to the above bonus features, this set will also feature BD-Live for smart phones with even more supplements, including: Interviews with Bill Panzer for each show; Season One Photo Album; Wallpapers; Rock'n'Roll Lounge: Highlander Season One featured several rock stars (Joan Jett, Roger Daltrey, Roland Gift, and Vanity) in guest appearances. Here you can read their bios and learn trivia about them; Bios: Special bios and photos from the stars of Season One, including Christopher Lambert who won the César Award in 1986.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has ben set at $49.95, but consumers can currently pre-order this set for $39.95 which includes a $10 off coupon for the second season.
