'Sea Monsters' Goes 3-D with Blu-ray Re-Issue

'Sea Monsters' is going 3-D, with Warner announcing a Blu-ray re-issue of the IMAX animated adventure due mid-August.
Originally released in a 2-D-only version on Blu-ray in June 2008, National Geographic (via Warner Home Video) will return to the high-def well with 'Sea Monsters' due August 11 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).
Containing both 2-D and first-ever 3-D versions (along with four pairs of glasses), 'Sea Monsters 3-D' will be presented in a BD-50 dual-layer disc in 1080p/VC-1 video (1.78:1) and Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround audio.
As with the previous Blu-ray, there are no announced supplements
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $35.98.
