Whatever's been said about the content of the game, the music in 'Destiny' is almost universally accepted as excellent.
Paul McCartney and Bungie's (recently fired) long-time composer Martin O'Donnell collaborated for the soundtrack, and Michael Salvatori and C Paul Johnson are credited as well. Listed at $9.99, it's up over at iTunes right now, with a range of 44 tracks representing boss fights, missions and the wider themes of the game.
Truly, even those who haven't played the game should at least sample the tracks. It's the most obviously succesful holdover from Bungie's 'Halo' days. Here's to Marty.
