As part of a new month-long sweepstakes, sixty lucky winners will take home a free high-def disc player and a hundred free discs from Amazon.com.
The new pair of promos (one for Blu-ray and one for HD DVD) will see the web giant giving away a new player and one hundred discs every day for the next month.
The sweepstakes kicked off earlier today and is scheduled to run through February 12, 2008. Amazon says seven winners for each format will be drawn on a weekly basis and posted to the respective sweepstakes pages.
