One of the biggest companies in the industry may be up for grabs, if board members come to an agreement.
There's a meeting going down at Vivendi that could mean very big things for the gaming industry. According to "people with knowledge of the matter," the June 22nd meeting between senior executives will determine whether or not Activision Blizzard will go up on the auction block.
Activision Blizzard is one of the largest names in the industry, and the single biggest third party publisher. There's no question that a company with that much clout is desirable, but the big question is just who will be willing to shell out the cash.
