Summer of Arcade title spreading to two more platforms.
The fantastic Unreal 3-powered journey for help, 'Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons' has been captivating gamers for close to a month on the Xbox 360. The work of Starbreeze Studios and award-winning film director Josef Fares, the game has been compared quite favorably to 'Journey' the PSN indie darling of last year. In comparison, 'Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons' is more grounded, and its comparatively realistic setting enabling the co-op mechanics.
The co-op mechanics are somewhat unique in that a single player directs both brothers using dual thumbsticks. With today's release players will be able to guide the brothers on the PS3 and PC. From the game's publisher, 505 Games, "Control both brothers at once as you experience co-op play in single player mode, like never before. Solve puzzles, explore the varied locations and fight boss battles, controlling one brother with each thumb stick.
'Brothers – A Tale of Two Sons' is now available on PSN and Steam for $14.99.
